If I have ordered the wrong size, what should I do?

If you have ordered the wrong size, please Contact Us and provide us with the Order ID and the correct Size information you wish to change. We will handle the following two cases:

1. If you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order, we will gladly change the size according to your request.

2. If you contact us after 2 hours of purchase and the order has already been produced, we are unable to cancel it. However, we can assist you in producing another product with the correct size. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the costs of shipping and taxes for the new product. We will send you an email with a discount code that matches the value of the original order. You will need to check your email and use the discount code to place a new order for the correct size.


Attention: This policy is only applicable to shirt products.
